- Please observe and follow these rules. We will not tolerate disruptive players. Players who are permanently banned for breaking our rules are not entitled to any sort of refund. Rules are to be followed at all times, whether there are people online or you are the only person online with or without staff present. Not knowing the rule is not an excuse.
If we get impression that you made too many different Offenses, even if they are not bannable by themselves, it may result in the ban of your account.
If you violate any of Terms and Conditions Eternal Wars Entertainment reserves the right to delete all your accounts, block your access to our website and services, and/or take further legal action if necessary.
Moderators will be warned and/or demoted if they do not follow the rules, because in doing so they put other moderators in inappropriate position.
Separated offenses do not add up, for example caps, infraction, followed by flame or cursing does not equal to multiply offense.
- Seasoned player
- Every player who is longer then 30 days in the game, a former Mod, player who had already accounts within eternal wars game, and opens a new one is considered as a seasoned player. Mods do not need to send Warnings to Seasoned Players.
Offenses
-First offense, Repeated offense, Multi offense
Mute
- Until the moment of automatic system unmute. Moderators DO NOT have the power to unmute any player by any reason. If a moderator unmutes a player it is consider breaking the rules. Please report that moderator to Brandaleia. (Even if a moderator mutes by accident, they do not have the power to unmute the player.)
Jail
-It can last from 1h until 24h. Moderator keeps the right to determine period of jail punishment according to level of offense and personal judgment. Moderators do not have a right to unjail jailed player by any reason, even the sole moderator who jailed the player.
Temporary ban - (Three days ban, seven days ban, 30 days ban, 90 days ban)
- Player is obliged to send a Contact US when temporary ban expires, in order to be unbanned. Eternal Wars Entertainment keeps the right to prolong ban by any reason. Admin is will notify banned player about duration of the ban in public chat, if admin is not present and player has made offense which will be considered as temporary ban, then moderator will jail player for 24h and send mail to the Eternal Wars Entertainment.)
Permanent ban
- Permanent ban is irreversible. In the case of permanent ban of any player, proof of his payment (if any) and proof that we fulfill all our obligations will be kept in the special file during the period of one year, and in the case of charge-back that will automatically lead to legal action (up to 100.000 dollars).
- Admin/Moderator Impersonation ----> permanent ban
(Stealing of Admin/Moderator accounts, using it even for a short period of time, false pretending)
Player Impersonation ----> permanent ban
(Stealing of players accounts, using it even for a short period of time, false pretending, exceptions are family members who have permit of the owner, but only for a brief period of time and special occasions, abuse of this exception will lead from seven days to permanent ban. Eternal Wars Entertainment keeps the right to decide about punishment in this case.)
Non-allowed items trading on the Eternal Wars Game ----> 7 days to permanent ban
(Non-allowed items are: real world items, other game items, other games characters)
(EW gold, EW cash credit, EW armor/weapon items for real money is allowed with permission from administrative staff)
Note: With Admin's permission certain items are allowed to be sold!!
Advertising
First offense ----> warn
Repeated offense ----> jail
Multi offense ----> permanent ban
(Any kind of advertising is not allowed on EW Game. If you receive advertising in PM please notify moderator. False accusing leading to permanent ban (chat log will be checked if necessary).)
Begging or Asking for items/gold/CC or any real life item
First offense ----> warn
Repeated offense ----> mute
Multi offense ----> jail
All types of lotto scamming for personal gain
First offense ----> warn
Repeated offense ----> mute
Multi offense ----> jail
(Exceptions - all lotto games without personal gain)
Inappropriate Username ----> permanent ban
(Inappropriate user name is forbidden on EW, Moderators has to warn players (especially new ones) about that. If player still wish to play game he/she can suicide his/hers account and then make a new one with appropriate name. On the other side if player does not destroy his account, account with such name will be firstly jailed/banned and then deleted. All old players will have to change their names, if names are considered as inappropriate. EW will allowed that option for free only for those players.)
Not allowed topics in the game
First offense ----> warn
Repeated offense ----> mute
Multi offense ----> jail
(Topics which content: racism, religious discussions, attacks on any kind of human rights, illegal drugs (pot, coke, heroin, speed...), raping and other violence sexual topics...Be reasonable. Other topics, which EW Entertainment does not allowed are topics about other games.)
Some other game chat is allowed within reason, with the shift mod deciding what is to much.
Foul language
First offense ----> warn

We are asking all players to behave themselves. Although EW filter is not allowing some foul words there are additional words (filter dodge words) that are not allowed in EW chat:
- fuck, ass or any variation of (Freaking is allowed)
- nigger, jap, redneck, kyke, spic, chav, and all other racial slurs
- shit, shithead, asshole, dick, dickhead, tits, cunt, cock, pussy, penis, vagina, clit, clitoris, arse, putang, pootang, jizz (any form of the above are not allowed)
- bitch, whore, slut, ho, hoe, slag, prossie
- faq, queer, flamming homo, homo
- bastard, idiot, noob, frigging, moron
- wtf, lmfao, goddamn (wth, and lmao are allowed)
- rape, raping-
NOTE: sexual references that go too far are not allowed, but mild sexual innuendo is allowed
Not all words are on the filter so please read these closely.
Encouraging other to break rules

(Spam is not allowed in EW Game. Spamming is when a player repeatedly post a message over and over again or in a row.) There is a 8 letter limit of one letter allowed in a line. Using ...... to accent a comment are allowed up to 15.

(Link posting in the EW Game is generally forbidden, but link posting to clan forum, EW forum, EW related links, radio links.)
Capital letters in the game

You are allowed up to 3 words of capital letters, but negative comments towards another player are not allowed. Playername is included in the 3 word limit!
You can do an expression of joy or anger at game as long as it follows game rules of language
Please keep the amount of capital letters in Character Name to a minimum.
Talking negatively about game, or updates. Arguing about game changes, game updates, arguing about any of the game math and logic in open chat.

(Any kind of disrespecting of other players and staff members will be adequately punished. Differences in opinions are not a reason to show disrespect to anybody. Joke is not disrespect if it does not contain insults or cussing, but if player/staff member has asked you to stop joking on his/hers account you have to stop or it will be considered as disrespect. )
Negatively telling a Player how to use their CC's
Example "You are an idiot for using your CC's that way."

Security test failure
First offense ----> 1 hour jail
Second offense ----> 3 hours
Third offense ----> 24 hours equal to 1 day
Fourth failure-----> 72 hours jail equal to 3 days
False accusation of sending security tests ----> jail 24h
(Random SC test is connected with attack button; any action on EW can lead to SC test. It is a random function which means that it can be shown even as a first thing you see when you enter the game, even if you did not make any action. SC test can come one after another in row, there can be lot of them in a short period, and there can be none in hours of playing. They are completely unpredictable. If you fail SC test more then two times in the row it is highly recommendable to log off the game and log on again cause you will have more chances before complete failure.)
SC sent by moderator
Rule 1: Mod is allowed to send a SC if they have reason to believe that player is macroing. Sending of SC is not allowed in any other case.
Rule 2: Before mod sends SC he/she has to send PM to the suspicious player, and if mod gets an answer within minute (mod's evaluation), he/she is not allowed to send SC.
Rule 3: Mod is not allowed to send SC to the player who is obviously present in the game.
Rule 4: Every SC sent by mod is automatically written into the database.
Rule 5: Braking of any of the four rules above can lead to warning and and/or demoting.
Scam EW Game ----> permanent ban to legal action
Scam players within game ----> permanent ban
Bug abusing ----> from 7 days to permanent ban
(Please immediately report any bug you find in the game. Sharing malicious bug information with other players will be considered as bug abuse.)
Having more then one account for personal gain ----> 7 days to permanent ban
Using 'mules' for gold/item/CC storage ----> permanent ban
Asking a player to restart with you as their patron or restarting with a patron.
1st offense ----> warn
2nd offense ----> removal of patron and 2-24 hours jail
Multi accounts of muted/jailed/temporary banned ----> seven days ban cumulative-more then 90 days collected over time leads to permanent ban
Multi accounts of permanently banned players ----> IP ban to legal action
Abusing loopholes in rules
Abusing loopholes will give us opportunity to enforce rules from Terms and Conditions. EW Entertainment may delete or modify any account at any time for any reason. This is only a small guideline of rules. Users must also follow rules from Terms and Conditions at all times. Any violation of these rules listed here or any listed within the Terms and Conditions will result in an action against your account.
